If you are returning any product due to defect or damage, we will pay for the return shipping charges. Usually, due to our quality checking control, returns are very very rare. We will pay the return shipping charges because it will be our mistake to send you the defected products. However, the customer has to produce the proof of defect. Please note that we pay shipping charges only for the defect cases found in India. 

We use trackon courier or India post service in India. For international courier, we use Satyam Courieers who can deliver through DHL, Aramex, Fedex depending on the shipping facility available in a particular zone.

Our courier partner in India usually take 5  days to deliver a product at your doorsteps. And our international courier partners take minimum of 7 days to deliver.

We issue store credit and do not refund the amount. You can use the store credit on future orders.

Few banks charges extra transaction fees when you transfer amount thorugh bank towards our (Indian) bank for an order on our website. Mediator bank may charge some transfer fees. This fees should be paid by the buyer. Ebulking.com should receive the exact amount as shown on order invoice.
